Our story
Monarch Delivered was born from a simple but powerful belief: that logistics — done with excellence and genuine care — is itself an act of service. Founded by a mother and her eldest daughter, and rooted in a family legacy of people who built their lives on the road and in the fields, we set out to create something that didn't just move cargo efficiently, but moved it purposefully.
We launched in 2017 as Intuit Logistic Couriers — a medical courier company built from the inside out. Our founders didn't just manage a logistics operation; they drove the routes, signed the IC agreements, and built the compliance infrastructure themselves. That firsthand knowledge of what it means to do this work is woven into everything we've built since.
As our reach grew into a nationwide network — serving hospitals, pharmacies, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and government and institutional partners across the country — we recognized that delivering at scale required more than great couriers. It required structured, long-term partnerships built on trust and accountability. That recognition gave rise to Monarch Global Logistics, our contracts and institutional relations company.
Together, Intuit Logistic Couriers and Monarch Global Logistics operate under one umbrella: Monarch Delivered. Two companies. One mission. The same principles we started with in 2017.
